Terms of Service
Rely · Last updated 2026-07-05
These terms are the agreement between you and PM Frontier LLC (“we”, “us”) for using Rely. By creating an account, or by connecting Rely to Claude or ChatGPT, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.
1. What Rely is
Rely turns things said in chat into tracked commitments, each with an owner, a due date, and a link back to its source, and helps humans or agents carry them out. It is a productivity tool, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Everything an agent proposes waits for a person to approve it. You are responsible for what you approve.
2. Trial and pricing
- Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment card when you sign up, and we place no charge on it during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- After the trial, Rely costs $20 per member, per month, billed to the workspace. Collaborators you invite to a single commitment are free; they become a paid seat only if you upgrade them to a full member.
- We never convert a trial or change a seat count silently. A change of seats is always a deliberate action, shown to you before it takes effect.
- Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time (see section 7).
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. A workspace Admin can add or remove members and holds administrative control of the workspace, including the ability to export or delete its data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Rely to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
- upload content you have no right to share, or other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- attack, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or evade its rate limits and security controls;
- resell or share access outside your workspace’s paid seats.
We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.
5. Your content
Your workspace content is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, and display it so the service works, including sending the excerpts you capture to our AI providers under our own keys. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export everything, or delete your workspace, at any time.
6. AI output
Rely uses AI models that can be wrong or incomplete. Drafts and extractions are suggestions for a human to review. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, and approving one is your decision. Do not rely on Rely’s output as the sole basis for a consequential action without checking it.
7. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel whenever you like; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. You can delete your workspace at any time, and we then purge it on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly breach them; where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Rely running, but during this early phase we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. When something breaks, we say so plainly: in the product, and by email for anything material.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Rely evolves. For material changes we will give reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the new terms.
